Le Comptoir du Vietnam guarantees the validity of prices, invoices or documents provided to the Customer at the time of distribution. But rates may be an adjustment in cases of force majeure (significant fluctuation in exchange rates, newly enacted state tax, etc ...) and with or without advance notice to our part.
Booking and confirmation
Upon confirmation of the trip, the guest should pay must at least a deposit of 50% of the total cost of the trip (prerequisite for booking operations). The balance will be pay one month before arrival in Vietnam or 10 days before the beginning of the program, without reminders from us. Otherwise, Le Comptoir du Vietnam reserves the right to cancel the trip and keep all the deposit.
- In case of registration less than one month before arrival or the beginning of the program, the full price of travel is to be set up.
- Upon confirmation of service, an invoice will be issued to the Client / Agency by Le Comptoir du Vietnam and will be sent to the Customer by fax or e-mail.
In cash: only after agreement of both parties
All fees, bank transfer ones included, are the responsibility of the Client,
Credit card: If paying by credit card, the Client shall make its own rules when it passes through our offices during his journey.
From the payment of a deposit or balance from the Client, Le Comptoir du Vietnam establish an invoice that will be sent to the Client on or before the arrival of the travelers to Vietnam.
Cancellation by the Customer
In case of cancellation by the Client / Agency and, for whatever reason, the Customer agrees to pay the following cancellation fees:
- More than 30 days before the beginning of the program:
5% of the total
- 15 to 29 days before the beginning of the program:
25% of the total
- From 7 to 14 days before the beginning of the program:
60% of the total
- Less than 7 days before the start of the program:
100% of the total
We advice to our customers to contract with their insurer, a cancellation insurance.
Any refund from Le Comptoir du Vietnam Clients will be made by bank transfer. The bank charges will be at the customer's expense.
Cancellation by Le Comptoir du Vietnam
The contract between the services provided by Le Comptoir du Vietnam may be canceled by us for reasons related to a situation of force majeure, political, health, natural disasters, aircraft, etc.. In all cases of cancellation, registrants are fully refunded but can not claim any compensation.
- In case of difficulties, both parties shall endeavor to seek an amicable solution to their dispute. In case of disputes and / or complaints, "International Arbitration Centre of Vietnam" under the "Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Vietnam" will be solely responsible.
In the case of a change program operated by us without any external constraints and causing changes in services, the agency will provide participants Compensatory services or refund for services not provided or for services provided under a lower standard than originally planned. Of course, in the case of exceptional circumstances (outside of human control) resulting in a change program, the agency will do its best to find an alternative but can not be held responsible for any possible additional costs. On the other hand, it is understood that the agency operates as an intermediary between the participant and the various service providers (airlines, hotels, transport operators ...). The counter can therefore in no way be held responsible for failure of a third party and should not be confused with the various service providers, which, in any event, retain their own responsibility. In the case where the program should be reviewed (eg flight cancellation.) Le Comptoir will do its best to help participants find alternative flight or alternative means of transport but can not be held responsible if this causes additional costs .
Both parties also understand that any action the participant falls outside the scope of the program or contract approved by both parties can not in any case be subject to the responsibility of Le comptoir du Vietnam
We advice the participant to purchase travel insurance.
Passport and Visas
It is the responsibility of the participants to have a passport and a valid visa for the duration of your stay.
